DO NOT SHIP YOUR ZIGO TO US UNLESS INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND GIVEN A RETURN MERCHANT AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

BE SURE TO POST YOUR RETURN MERCHANT AUTHORIZATION # (RMA #) ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE SHIPPING CONTAINER.
